Admissions Manager
Vaughan, Ontario Full-Time | In-Person with Flex Hours
Reports to: General Manager & Assistant General Manager Grades 4–12 + PG

We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Admissions Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a passion for people, and understands what it takes to recruit and retain mission-aligned families. You’ll play a critical role in helping Everest reach and maintain our full enrollment, while improving retention and growing our reputation across Ontario and beyond.
What You’ll Do
· Drive Enrollment Growth: Lead recruitment efforts to hit enrollment targets across Grades 4–12; maximize retention (goal: 70%+).
· Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for prospective and current families, guiding them through the admissions journey.
· Cold Calling & Lead Follow-up: Proactively reach out to potential families and partners—your hustle drives our growth.
· Event Leadership: Plan and attend open houses/info sessions, private tours, tournaments, and school fairs to showcase Everest’s value.
· Team Collaboration: Work within a collaborative admissions team
· Partnership Development: Build relationships with sports clubs, feeder schools, and community organizations.
· Budget Oversight: Manage marketing/events budget to support recruitment goals.
· Offer Negotiation: Guide tuition discussions and discount approvals
· System Usage: Input and track data in Blackbaud; collaborate with finance for reporting needs.
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
· Has a background in sales, recruitment, athletics, and/or education.
· Builds relationships easily and communicates with warmth and confidence.
· Is detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
· Isn’t afraid of cold calling or following up.
· Is flexible, available for some evenings/weekends, with compensatory time off.
· Understands the value of independent education and can confidently sell it.
What We Offer
· Annual Salary: $50,000-$60,000
· Performance Bonus: Incentives available based on student numbers and tuition goals

· Vacation: 3 weeks annually, aligned with school breaks
· Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (some evening/weekend flexibility required)

Responsibilities:
Teacher to carry out their duties as assigned by the administrative team – Principal, Vice Principal(s), and/or President in the following areas;
- Curriculum and instruction
- Assessment and writing report cards
- Assist with the development and implementation of critical school initiatives
- Parent and community engagement
- Student leadership and development
- School spirit activities
- Participate in team and/or department meetings
- Contribution to newsletter updates
- Communicate with the administrative team
- Reporting on and monitoring of critical initiatives
- Assist with teacher duty roster ie. Morning/afternoon duty, school events such as parent night, family math night, etc.
- Assist with creation and organization of fun/theme days for the Everest Community
- Assist with the Everest Holistic programming
Qualifications:
- Ontario Teacher Certification (OCT)
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario curriculum and Growing Success documents
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Experience integrating technology into the learning environment to enhance the learning experience
- Passion for teaching and supporting extra-curricular activities
- A background in athletics is considered an asset
