We switched to Everest in Grade 6 after the public system failed our son, our only regret is not making the change sooner. He started in the hockey program that year, then transitioned to the lacrosse program in Grade 9. The combination of sports and like-minded students has been a winning formula. So many dedicated teachers contributed to his academic success, working seamlessly with the coaching staff to ensure students give their best both on and off the field. Now, as a proud graduate, our son is moving on to his next chapter fully equipped with the tools and confidence Everest has given him. We are deeply grateful to everyone at Everest!

I used to love asking the boys how was school and they would go on and on about the staff and the kids. I think my kids have never had access to anyone that compares to your staffs knowledge of the game they love. I know TDerms pushed max to be excellent in the classroom. Ian's math teacher was the same. Max loved Barbs and TDerms - those two men have had a massive impact on Max. Max's appetite for training with the Franco brothers is insatiable. With four boys we just couldn't do more. Ian thought the everest hockey session to be the most valuable of all his sessions. He never wanted to miss them. I think the most important thing is for kids to learn the game from people that love the game and these two are really special to Ian. Both boys could not stop raving about James, Julie, Barbs and the fitness staff and again, they have not had access to anyone like them. My guys know how lucky they were to have a year with your staff.

First, I will start with the professionalism from all of the staff that we have come into contact with since day one at Everest Academy. We heard rave reviews from other families about Everest Academy but were a bit hesitant so we reached out to ask some questions. We received a call from admissions within 24 hours. The process was clear and when we expressed the issues we were having with our child’s current school, we received a call from the Vice Principal, who let us know all of the available supports for our child. We felt very supported and confident that we were making the right decision. Everest Academy has been a game changer for our son. He went from a child that hated going to school, to someone who jumps out of bed with excitement everyday. He didn’t want to go to his old school because he was labeled as too active, too competitive, too rough, etc. Now that he is at Everest, he is surrounded by like minded children who he actually enjoys being around and he feels like he belongs there. It has been amazing to see his transformation into a happy, confident and engaged child. He not only likes the bus, school and food but he LOVES it! I cannot say enough about the teachers, staff and coaches and their ability to keep our child wanting to come back everyday. Everest Academy also affords my son an opportunity to be engaged at a very competitive level in what he loves doing most .. hockey and lacrosse! Despite the increasing demands of the academic and athletic programs, he is also developing crucial time management skills that enable him to prioritize and remain in control of his rigorous and demanding programs."

Everest Academy provides our daughter with increased depth and breadth in her academic program. The small class sizes allow her to fully explore the topic being learned and think more critically. At Everest I get to lift and practice five days a week. I am treated like an NCAA athlete.
